Welcome to Vieta Space. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Vieta Space is operated by Liam Hawtin, Linköping, Sweden ("we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Vieta Space
• If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent/guardian
• The service is provided for educational and research purposes only

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You may delete your account at any time in Settings

4. User Content (Equations)

• Ownership: You keep ownership of all equations you create or upload
• License to us: By using the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and process your equations solely to operate and improve Vieta Space (including quality, safety, and prediction features)
• Opt-out: You may opt out of "improvement" uses at any time in Settings (when available) or by contacting us at info@vietaspace.com

5. Privacy

Your use of Vieta Space is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data under GDPR.

6. Availability

We may change, suspend, or stop parts of the service at any time. We aim for reliability but provide no guarantee of uninterrupted service.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse Vieta Space, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to disrupt or overload the system
• Uploading harmful code
• Misrepresenting your identity

8. Disclaimer & Liability

• Vieta Space is provided "as is", without warranties
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service
• In no event shall our total liability exceed EUR 100, to the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm.
